I only use stevia to sweeten coffee so I limit its use to mostly once a day. I tried cooking with it but was disappointed with the results. I don't like overly sweet so I always use less sugar than recipes call for. What we do know is that stevia and sugar are safer than aspartame and the other chemicals in the pink, blue, and yellow packets available in restaurants and coffee shops. Still we should limit the use of sugar because it raises insulin and limit stevia because it is a herb and we should use all herbs with care. Some stevia FAQs
