Very peculiar hypocrisy that certainly has been made popular by American politics. On American soil, Al-Qaeda is a terrorist organization that America wants to eliminate for the sake of its national security. Very fair. Now, what happens when you step out of the US? Al-Qaeda earns US assistance with arms and ammunition because then they become 'freedom fighters' that the US government engages in regular dialogues comprising logistical, financial, and weapons input from the US. But, whatever happened to the national security of the US then? Nothing!!! And, not a single American gets out of his couch and question the government how is it that in Libya, Syria, Yemen, etc. the US is arming and funding and cementing their relationship with the very people it has waged endless years of war on terrorism to protect American citizens and the country's national security? And the same Americans who do not question their government for its gradually increasing tyranny in their country and who have only been kept under a very deliberate media blackout, prior to internet coming into existence, and have stayed ignorant of what happens outside their own comfortable borders, get up and utilize their diminishing iota of reason & sensibility to question a picture of a completely burnt, dead, 11 month old child and without any insight or material to substantiate their conclusion label the picture as government propaganda. WOW!!!! I wonder which of the American parents would be willing to let their child be utilized for such government propaganda.

Look up some facts, cross reference them, dig through both the sides of the stories and then come to a conclusion instead of babbling and equating a dead child to government propaganda. And, if anyone needs some assistance in acquiring such information that erases the curtain of ignorance and willful blindness, accentuated by a deeply embedded callous heartlessness, please feel free to ask for such information. Perhaps, then you will be able to made an intelligent comment and present a sane opinion.

Self-defense or provocation: Israel's history of breaking ceasefires
2012 - On November 14, two days after Palestinian factions in Gaza agree to a truce following several days of violence, Israel assassinates the leader of Hamas' military wing, Ahmed Jabari, threatening to escalate the violence once again after a week in which at least six Palestinian civilians are killed and dozens more wounded in Israeli attacks.

2012 - On March 9, Israel violates an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire and assassinates the head of the Gaza-based Popular Resistance Committees, sparking another round of violence in which at least two dozen Palestinians are killed, including at least four civilians, and scores more wounded. As usual, Israel claims it is acting in self-defense, against an imminent attack being planned by the PRC, while providing no evidence to substantiate the allegation.

We could use that money here. OK,now. The pic of the dead child is very typical of the gov. media. They show you what they want. You will never see an Isreali child with his/hers arm, legs blown off by HAMAS. The Palistenians have been bombing Isreal since I can remember and the US tells them not to fight. Well, they have had enough,Hamas should have been wiped out a long time ago.Keep in mind the Palistinians start all this,Isreal reacts, media shows only one side to make you mad. Same thing was done in Viet Nam. The strip of land belongs to Isreal, and so does Jordan,Syria,Iraq. It's in the Bible folks.

Israel and the United States list Hamas as a terrorist group .. they do what they do in the name of self defense~ We better be prepared to be the ones prepared to have to defend our selves because it seems to me in the name of self defense we may be the ones Israel and the united states list as a terrorist group soon NDAA? In the name of protecting themselves from terrorist ~YOU ARE THE TERRORIST if you disagree with Israel!   ALL THIS FOR A STRIP OF LAND ~ THEY WANT IT ALL THEY ALREADY HAVE THE UNITED STATES BY COVET MEANS!!

That is a little Palestinian boy ~ your children will see there homes in rubble if Israel has it's way !

Israel says its offensive is aimed at crippling Hamas, which rules the Gaza Strip and uses it as a base to fire rockets into southern Israel.  Hamas military chief Ahmed al-Jabari was killed in an air strike earlier in the day, as were several Palestinian civilians.   http://www.voanews.com/content/un-security-council-holds-emergency-...

UN say's Israel fired first .. Israel has not stop firing since they got there and stole the Palestinian orange groves ..

The UN Security Council held an emergency meeting on Wednesday night to discuss Israel's attacks on Gaza, but it took no action.

Who among us would not defend ourselves if we were told to leave our homes our lives and our land?

American's don't know the meaning of a WAR CRIME !!

Here is an interesting piece from Christian Science Monitor:

Is Hamas responsible for Gaza rocket fire? Not exactly.

And here is the VERY interesting bit:

But Hamas has in fact been trying to keep rocket fire under control in the years since Israel's Operation Cast Lead in the territory in late 2008/early 2009. One of their most important men in keeping militancy under wraps? Mr. Jabari, who was powerful enough and respected enough to prevent a major outbreak of violence from Gaza that could have invited powerful reprisals.

Here's how veteran Israeli columnist Aluf Benn put it today:

Ahmed Jabari was a subcontractor, in charge of maintaining Israel's security in Gaza. This title will no doubt sound absurd to anyone who in the past several hours has heard Jabari described as "an arch-terrorist," "the terror chief of staff" or "our Bin Laden." But that was the reality for the past five and a half years. Israel demanded of Hamas that it observe the truce in the south and enforce it on the multiplicity of armed organizations in the Gaza Strip. The man responsible for carrying out this policy was Ahmed Jabari.

Now Israel is saying that its subcontractor did not do his part and did not maintain the promised quiet on the southern border. The repeated complaint against him was that Hamas did not succeed in controlling the other organizations, even though it is not interested in escalation. After Jabari was warned openly (Amos Harel and Avi Issacharoff reported here at the beginning of this week that the assassination of top Hamas people would be renewed), he was executed on Wednesday in a public assassination action, for which Israel hastened to take responsibility. The message was simple and clear: You failed - you're dead.

Hamas control of the strip was never ironclad, and it could well get worse from here on out. Under the best of conditions, Hamas has had a politically understandable reluctance to target Palestinian militants who seek to strike out at Israel. A majority of the strip's population are descendants of refugees who were forced out of their homes in 1948, and the rocket-fire now falls in the areas where their ancestors formerly lived.

(Of course there is little doubt that Hamas is a creation of IDF itself and this just lends evidence to it)

So who fired first?  :)

Who fired first? Zionists. Instead they have never stopped shooting and bombing and terrorizing since long before this zionist state existed..... ;-)

BTW: What happened to the multi-billion-US-taxpayer-funded Iron Dome???? Here's the spin from jpost...(if it is so good and effective, howcome it ddidn't stop A SINGLE rocket???)

Who fired first? There's some definite Palestinian propaganda here. I also recognize Israeli propaganda. So I repeat, who fired first?
