What was a norm amongst some members of a city police force until the advent of the inexpensive video recorder is now out in the open.

All we now are seeing is what has been going on for years, (since Robt. Peel started the concept in London England in the 1830's), and is now available for everyone to witness,  Ask an old time rounder how the local police delt with them in their youth.  No video cameras, cell phones, or marches.

Toronto's old 52 Division, (College west of University) which transported the arrested party to the second floor investigative rooms had a sign over the door which read; This is the longest elevator ride of your life.

And yes Virginia people did go for a ride to Cherry Beach.

yes this fucking Nazi cop is guilty of murder, and racial profiling. may him and all his family share in this shame, may their lives be trauma filled as a result of this action.
