Local Police in training with National Guard on National Guard Base (Camp San Luis Obispo California)
I filmed this act of Posse Comitatus on High way 1 in San Luis Obispo California. Going passed Camp San Luis Obispo, (October 16, 2009). Sorry for it being so short, but a Highway Patrolman pulled up behind me and came up to my door right as I turned the camera around, so I turned off the camera really quickly, sorry, reflexes.

Gael, I'm not 100% sure what it was they were training for. What it looked like though, was some type of driving techniques and "crowd control". The highway patrolman who pulled behind me told me that it was just some kind of "basic training". I told the officer that it's unconstitutional for the police to be training with the military/national guard. He just said that what ever they were doing, was perfectly legal, and that he doubted it was what I thought it was. I showed this footage to my neighbor who is a viet nam vet and he said he didn't like what he saw, and that any time the police are being trained by military personnel, that we should be very skeptical and on the watch for any corrupt activity.
