Interesting that the 'terrorist' in the photo and his lookalike in police uniform (the question is: is he actually a member of the Met?) are both wearing what appears to be a pair of British military Desert DPM camouflage trousers.

DDPM is a pretty lurid camouflage pattern outside of its intended area of operation, if someone is wearing apparel in this pattern, you can spot them from a distance, especially in London...at night. I

So not the best tactical choice, for night use.
