They were 4 plus. Yes he came running down but, no tazer, no attempt at intervention. Straight shot. Then handcuffing and ripping/knifing up his pockets while he's dead. Unbelievable.
This happened in Ville St Pierre. I was in that area, at the bottom of the street that house was facing not an hour before.
