Hi James , if you noticed the police car passed the guy sitting in the middle of the road creating complete chaos with the traffic in a very busy town leaving the citizens to deal with the problem themselves, its an indication of how certain parts of London are becoming victim to " minority " ethnic groups. yesterday after the murder it took the police over 20 minutes to arrive. This is Woolwich , this is London today.
