Wow.   How do you get a video like this?  Did the cops give it to the driver with his request?  Do they have to do that?  That cop was horrible.  Did he ever give back the license to the driver?  --- wait one --- OK, after doing a little investigation, I see that this video was faked.  "Saint Marys Police Officer In Hot Water For Alleged Prank." WCHS/ABC Channel 8 News shows this was a staged stunt.
