Maryland passed a law in July 2011 that if you owe taxes to the state you cannot renew your driver's license and they are not excepting people out of work. Very suspect.

Intending no disrespect, but How he sounds when he speaks appears to me to be irrelevant considering the young man speaks the Truth. The message, not the messenger, is what is of greater importance. Given our current social climate here, now does not seem the appropriate time to be over-critical in completely the wrong areas of focus.
