@ NOTA: Now, 02 MARCH is the anniversary of  the  JAMAHIRIYA, when Gadhafi gave all powers to the People's Committees and Popular Congresses: all the peoples of Libya.
In 1980 al-Gadhafi wrote the GREEN BOOK to explain everything. This past March, the celebrations wer no exception; and there is a 5-part video on the address  he made this year which was of exceptional importance.

Since the 1980s, al Gadhafi, as BROTHER-LEADER of the 1969 al-Fatah Revoultion, has been leading and organising the  universal GREEN CHARTER MOVEMENT.
