That would make sense PH, I believe that is what the vaccine is designed to do, spread the disease. What else have you heard? All I can find out relating to this story is that the file is of the Bob Chapman radio show and he appears to be the only source of this story. It would be nice to be able to confirm these details, let us know if you hear anything else, thanks for the comment.
