Look at the timing and location of "Super Storm Sandy" right on "election day" so Obama could be there to assure everyone that he would "take care of them" and still a year later - Sandy Storm victims have received no financial aid to rebuild. Superstorm Sandy was "man-made - just like Katrina that hit New Orleans, and the Tsunami caused by undersea earthquake that hit Indonesia approx. 2003 where 100,000 died.
