@ 3:19 you understand what the real priorities are regarding 'whats on tv' this particular night.
This dam was built around 1968. I remember looking at the land before and after the dam was complete... so in 'dam life' it is very new. The government made sure this would happen. Reason unknown unless they want to spend $20 billion replacing the $2.2 billion dam.
