Paul Hellyer, former Minister of Defense of Canada reveals:

During a public hearing on the disclosure of ufologists in the city of Washington (USA), former Defense Minister of Canada, Paul Hellyer, made a statement that surprised the participants.
Ahead of the ministry for 23 years, Hellyer said that unidentified flying objects (UFOs) "are as real as the airplanes flying over our heads."
Paul Hellyer said he had a chance to be the first world leader to make such a declaration, in a "clear and unambiguous".
During his speech, the former minister said that "recognizes at least four different species living with us right now in the world. Ago ETs living on Earth right now, and at least two of them work with the U.S. government."

Paul Hellier was one of Peirre Elliott Trudeau's incompetent ministers, (defence), during that socialist nightmare the great white north endured for too long a period of time. I'd be very, very careful of taking anything this man ever said to the bank.
Just a word of caution and remember due dilligence. Check out his fiascos as defence minister on your own time. I'm too old and grumpy to do the work for you.
