You can tell that those cops are mentally challenge, or semi retarded...to be a cop this days you need to have an IQ of 70 to 98...if it goes over that..they don't want you in the Police Academy..Our post 011 Government want people that don't know how to reason, but only to beat others and Kill and that roll on command like this two murderous idiot you see on this Video to be cops or law enforcement agents...that is why you have so many cops killing people and acting like criminals out there this days.
