What they did is risk lives for 20,000 bucks. One mishap or misinterpretation from a non-compliant person in one of the cars and that fat bald cop with the shotgun would have gone off.
This one worked out, or at least that's the story they want us to know. If someone had been inadvertently killed or injured, they would have charged them with obstruction or abetting or something....
Another though: law enforcement is now tasked with protection of commerce and with that, they did their jobs 100pct. In previous years when the police were constitutional, it would have been obvious that the need for this lock down was inappropriate and did not warrant the infringement on the community.
Sure I'd have both hands up, plus two particular fingers for the boys.
hey Iran, your modern technology is as old as your camels.
Taser my kids, you piece of shit, you better not sleep at night,Freddy Cruger is waiting. Florida is a police state, just ask the thousands of dead.
I can understand careful search for a armed robbery suspect. Even a little common since from the local gestapo could have prevailed here. This stuff goes on in florida all the time, except they have a tendancy to shoot everyone first. Look's like a nearly total break down of civil laws.
I use to be a Deputy with years on the job, and I can tell you this is BAD Police work!!!! The evidence obtained by this Nazi style investigation does not work as there is no probable cause to sweep and search indiscriminately everyone's vehicle. Obtaining evidence through this style of policing will not hold up in court, and it causes bad Community and Police relations! Fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine will throw this evidence out, and it's something as a police officer that you learn while attending the Police Academy! In criminal law, the doctrine that evidence discovered through unconstitutional means (such as a forced confession or illegal search and seizure), may not be used as evidence against a criminal defendant. For example, if a suspect is arrested but is not read theMiranda rights, then tells the police the location of stolen property, and the police then find the stolen property as a result of the interrogation, the stolen property is inadmissible because it was acquired through an unconstitutional interrogation.
somebody needs to give these idiots some education in the Constitution.
get used to it slaves
