I saw this last month on the Youtube, horrific! It was like he cop knew where he would be crossing the street and he just  shot him 4 times. Didn't even call for a back up until after. The cop was by himself and his own patrol car videoed the whole thing. That cop should be tried for murder.

The cops in Seattle knew him as he hung out down by the waterfront with his friends. I live near Seattle and followed this very close. More than just the tribal people were outraged. All colors and walks of life were outraged. But in the end the cops won. The cop who shot him only had to resign. For cold blooded murder.
