I beat all  three charges on that case. But i will never get back the many hours it took sitting through the factory justice process. Always, always plead not guilty, f them and their courts. If more folks refused to comply, roll over and be raped by the machine, this country would be so much better off.

ol skool judges are like that, they are ticked off that people today show up in cut off's, sandles/flipflops, tank tops, etc. I was raised to dress appropriately for the occasion, and I still do. Haven't been to a General District court room since 95, but when i did have to go, I dressed to the nines...and I was complimented by a couple judges on that, even w/ ass length hair ..lol.

and it was the same judges who ended up dismissing my green leafy possession cases, coincidence???...I would like to think so ;)

(a Similar situation happened to me. I took off a day from work to fight some bs traffic offense, and waited hours til my name was called. When I approached his holiness, I was told my clothes were not appropriate for court and he told me I will have to reschedule. I said I am wearing short pants, I see nothing about this on my summons. The judge replied well I am telling you now. I than asked if there was a specific Ohio law pertaining to this and was quickly told to leave. As a deputy approached me, seemly to show me the door or his baton, I asked if I returned in a skirt if that would be sufficient. The judge chuckled and said why would you think that would be ok? I replied, I see ladies in the court, whom, as I am, are showing their bare naked knees. I was told to just go or be escorted out at this point.)
