This has been confirmed since 1957, when Gavreau created an ELF based (infrasound) sonic cannon that nearly destroyed the scientists at the testing facility. HAARP could resonate at the frequencies involved, but GWEN towers are more suited to this. Anyone remember the stories of Tesla nearly destroying his lab? The story is told in the first link.
