Our servers are located in the USA and the content in question does not violate any domestic laws, therefore there are no legal grounds for taking down the video.
Let me also point out, that the refusal to remove the video will result in Roscomnadzor blocking access to your website throughout the territory of the Russian Federation.

At this very moment, your website hasn't been blocked yet, and if you wish to avoid the access restriction we can advise you to take down the video and send a notice with removal confirmation as soon as possible, because once the website is blocked, it may take a while to get it unblocked.

If you do not mind your website being blocked for the Russian Federation citizens you can ignore this notice.

I don't get the Right Sector, personally. They're like ISIS (Jihadist Arabs that don't attack Jews). They attack Russians (not Jews), and don Nazi affectations, but followed, what was his name, Yatsenyuk. Whose wiki page, last time I looked, had two citations stating that he "is not Jewish", when he obviously is. If Right Sector are Nazis, they are not very good ones.

Notice of infringement of the order of information dissemination in the territory of the Russian Federation

We are sending the notice on restricting access to the information resource http://12160.info/video/right-sector-the-great-ukrainian-reconquista? in information and telecommunication networks including the Internet on the basis of the demand of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation No. 27-31-2015/Ид831-15 of 12.03.2015 as containing appeals to mass riots, extremist activities, and participation in mass (public) actions held with infringement of the established order.

Within one day from the time of receipt of this notice the hosting provider or the other person ensuring placement in the information and telecommunication network including the Internet shall inform on it the owner of the information resource served by them and to notify him on the necessity to immediately remove the information containing appeals to mass riots, extremist activities, and participation in mass (public) actions held with infringement of the established order.
In case the information resource owner has removed the information containing appeals to mass riots, extremist activities, participation in mass (public) actions held with infringement of the established order he shall send the notice on it to the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications for the purpose of checking and renewal of access upon confirmation of the fact of removal.
