Mr. Paul, has on his desk a graphical overview of how to audit the FED and because of the built in flexability the top 25 Banks, the 36 Institutional Holders and any others required. Once the audit is done stability is DONE, thereafter deviations, plus history are also addressed, let alone the ability to project. The actual technology applied is roughly 7 years ahead of anything now existant be it GAO or any other source. The flexibility also allows for same and similar on each and every Gov agency thus once and for all all have direct actual knowledge, that also can include votes, they too are sets of numbers manipulated or not.  The press ignors Mr. Paul, thus their "manipulee's" reighn just as they do now, therefore no change of anything will occur. As it sets he cannot win no matter what he says or does, BUT a little application of serious knowledge and technology to support and maintain it could indeed actually legitimasize all of the above and more. IF the wars 22 current plus the new two they are planning were stopped yet another problem occures, there are NO JOBS, since the infrastructure was disbanded years ago, exactly what are these millions of people, let alone the current unemployed suppose to do for a living? Working together there might be a chance, but working together is no longer the American Way, thus no one would ever be able to build a Barn let alone anything else. Mr. Paul has never acknowledged nor responded to what was placed on his desk hand delivered by trusted aids, so is it all just more politics as usual? I don't think the millions of protestors are going to let that  happen, and theWorld itself can no  longer afford the current, patterns, practices, and procedures!

The Ron Paul 2012 Presidential Campaign announced the release of Dr. Paul's "Plan to Restore America," an ambitious federal government spending, tax and reform blueprint that as President he will implement.

The plan, authored by Paul's campaign staff at his direction, promises to restore the federal government to its former Constitutionally-limited, smaller-government and less-burdensome place. The plan cuts $1 trillion in federal spending during the first year of a Paul Presidency and delivers a balanced budget in year three of a Paul Presidency.

"Ron Paul's plan is the only one that seriously addresses the economic and budgetary problems our nation faces. It cuts $1 trillion in one year, and slashes regulations and taxes so our economy can grow and create jobs," said Ron Paul 2012 National Campaign Chairman Jesse Benton, a plan co-author.

"It's the only plan offered by a presidential candidate that actually balances the budget and begins to pay down the debt. And it's the only plan being offered that tries to reign in the Federal Reserve and get inflation under control."

Cuts totaling $1 trillion during the first year of a Paul Presidency would be achieved by eliminating five federal cabinet departments -- the Departments of Energy, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce, Interior and Education. Cuts of this scale will also be accomplished by a Paul Presidency abolishing the Transportation Security Administration and returning responsibility for security to private property owners, abolishing corporate subsidies, stopping foreign aid, ending foreign wars, and returning most other spending to 2006 levels.
