Hmm, that's why it's important you spend time at the gun range and learn the basics. Anytime you have a miss fire, assume the chambered round is hot, therefore, you keep it pointed down range til it's clear.

This guy, heard the rocket ignite and was so worried about firing from an open position that he hit the building because the wisp of the rocket and his exposed ass spooked him. One thing I have learned to be true from my own research and talking to U.S military is that insurgents around the world often do not even have basic infantry training. Very rarely should you fire from an exposed position, i.e a doorway, a window, the MIDDLE OF THE STREET etc.
