Russian volunteer to have world's 1st head transplant: 36-hr $11mn operation

The first ever human head transplant expected to be carried out in China in 2017. It will take 36 hours and will cost $11mln. The patient is a Russian computer scientist suffering from rare genetic disease. His head will then be attached to the donor's body with a biological glue.
