Who arrived first on the scene?
Who ran the press conferences?
Who threatened Bloggers for publishing their theories?
Who was dispatched to guard the alleged victim's families?
Who imposed the current gag order?
Who is providing a trickle of information on the case through the media?

In this video analysis, I first attempt to group elements in Connecticut into 2 factions. The tension between these factions, I theorize is heightened by the resignation of Joe Lieberman. This leaves many with concerns that their prior crimes will be exposed.

Taking this back-story into account and adding to it the fundamental fact that the State Police feature more prominently than any other element, we can see the evidence in a new light. Although this general theory implies a violent shooting did occur, it doesn't rule out other hoax theories absolutely. Other anomalies, such as those that indicate foreknowledge are not addressed directly in this video.
