Dominique Sharpton, 29, has filed a $5million lawsuit against New York City alleging she was 'severely injured, bruised and wounded' when she stumbled over uneven pavement at the corner of Broome Street and Broadway downtown last year.
Just this Saturday however she posted a photo to Instagram that showed her and a friend shortly after they had hiked to the peak of a mountain in Bali, with both women smiling as they pose above the clouds.
