RP, Probably won't hear much more...he's not white, could not have purchased the gun legally and didn't use an AR15.

The shooter (identified by CBS) as Nathaniel Berhow survived the self-inflicted gunshot wound to his head and is currently in “grave condition,” which means he is critical and clinging to life, at an area hospital, cops said.

He is a half-Japanese, half-American student whose family lives in Valencia, Calif., about two miles from the school.

The shooter who opened fire inside a Santa Clarita high school Thursday is a junior at the school who chose his own birthday for the attack, authorities said.

Santa Clarita, California — The Los Angeles County Sheriff Department confirmed the suspect in Thursday's shooting at Saugus High School was a 16 year-old male student. This won't work for new gun laws since the shooter is supposedly 15 years old.

Pursuant to Penal Code section 27510, a California licensed dealer is prohibited from selling, supplying, delivering, transferring or giving possession or control of any firearm to any person under the age of 21 years, except as specifically exempted.   oag.ca.gov/firearms/pubfaqs#3

These students seem so calm after their school was shot up, yet there are adults that melt down if someone wears a MAGA hat.
