James, some allege that martial law has been in place since the civil war/of northern aggression (take your pick), and that it was never rescinded.

Krypke, it's that the 'alleged soldier' then goes onto to say he plans to bug out following the open declaration of martial law.

At no time does he state his intention to fufill his duty and obligation to defend the Constitution from enemies, foreign and domestic.

If this individual is what he claims to be, I would picture him venturing out to prey on the weak, but staying far away from open conflict..

The US constitution has been null and void, and martial law has been here for a decade, in realistic terms.

8.00 - 'would you as a soldier take part in this kind of thing...and..um...what's the talk in the military, between you and your buddies, in regards to...in case of such an event, would you ever take part in this?'

8:16 - Offscreen 'alleged soldier' - 'Well I would take part to an extent, yeah, if it's just bashing peoples faces in...'
