Very interesting. I am sure there are plenty of "ideas" on how to at least get this local recovery going. I know of a few towns that are trying to make this idea happen.
Great ideas, sadly there are many who simply do not see a problem at all. THEY are fine while the majority are not. The me generation is still alive and well...but maybe not for very long unfortunately that is what it is going to take to wake the mass up.

JCT: Great video. The Big Solution is interest-free credit

systems, mostly LETS time-based models though a few cash-

based models thrown in! No big databases like China's QQ

But the systems you cite are dinky toys when the funding

solution has to be taken globally. Ithaca Hours starts

everyone with 4 Hours, a doctor gets $40 worth of chips,

Mountain Hours starts their businesses with 20Hours,

businesses worth and trustable to produce tens of thousands

of dollars of goods and services restricted to a couple of

hundred in chips to finance their local game.

want a "top-down" global impact now to fund the burial of
