Watch Part 1&2 here: http://www.chinesehealthandfitness.com/SupermarketDeception.htm
AKA "How To Avoid Being Fooled at the Supermarket" This excellent British documentary details a number of food deceptions and flat out lies used in supermarkets and food production to make foods look and taste better and fresher than it really is.

Some scenes in the video may be disturbing to some viewers with some mild scenes of animal cruelty.

sorry..you guys were talking about fish.  I don't know about sushi relevance, but when my son is done on my other computer, I will post a link to a free download for a homemade aquaponics system.  We are going to try it this summer..started last year, but the garden got the best of us.

there is always localharvest.org   there is even a UK and I think an Australian one, maybe German..not sure about South America and other European countries.

Here is the US one..you can enter your zip code and find out what is near you.  I love our winter CSA.  Just made a soup tonite with rutabaga, turnip, onion, carrot, celery, parsnips, garlic, kale, and a nice leftover chunk of roast from one of the neighbor's cows

I love sushi and would eat it every day if I could afford it that often.

Vernon, can only get them in China Town - not really worth it to drive there.

I won't buy or eat anything that is not free range organic. It tastes so much better so it's well worth it. Plus I can live with myself. I eat fish 3-4 times a week so that my diet doesn't consist of just range animals. I try my best to disturb as little as possible in nature. If that makes sense.

I do ocean caught twice a week and farm raised fish twice a week. That's one day for red meat and the other two days for w/e. The organic food store here as these really good veggie meatballs that I buy. It tastes just like meat and it's loaded with protein.
