History repeating. Lawsuit against Saudi's was first blocked in 2002, same ruling - diplomatic immunity. This sucks on so many levels. The criminals who declared the war on terror are the very same who are defending terrorists. The Baker-Botts law firm fought the law suit on behalf of the Saudis. James A Baker - Secretary of State George H. W. Bush, also distinguished for stealing an election for G. W. Bush (Bush vs. Gore - Supreme Court).
