Makes you wonder what sort of stick the IRS used to beat The Swiss with?
If somebody has enough money to own a Numbered Swiss Bank Account, I daresay, they probably have no business being a citizen of the ever-more-destitute US of A, lest they also join the growing population of poor US citizens.
