What about the kid who wore an American flag to school on cinco de mayo, and was sent home because it caused racial tension. In Mexico I could understand it, but in the USA? Naaaaa.

Oh--The enforcement? If a school district and board makes rules, enforce them EQUALLY and FAIRLY. How they will do things is allow certain PC, Leftist Commie and etc stuff, but a Tee with or about the 2nd Amendment, treating that as being illegal? Huh?? The same think the Constitution and Bill of Rights should be illegal, banned or changed. The kid was displaying one of the laws of the land, the supreme law. The Gadsen Flag Don't Tread on Me..a flag from the founding as part of history. I suppose any quote from any Founding Father should be banned as well and not fit to wear at school while something from Stalin, Mao, Ho Chi Min and etc would be wonderful!! To me when it comes to the Constitution, Declaration and Bill of Rights (not a privilege because a privilege can be taken away,,a Right Can't)

I did not mean that I am against school dress codes, because I am. Just saying they could have used dress code for the PC 1984 New Speak Bovine Scat. Yes, dress code with the ones with the underwear up at the waist and the pants down past the butt crack and crotch at the knees. Can't do that because , well , it may hurt their feelings and maybe be deemed as racist. 

The real point is I could care less if a Tee Shirt has a slogan on it of any kind, so long as it is not filth or bad words. I see plenty with slogans, as with Bumper stickers, that I do not agree with or like, but I just ignore it because it is their right to have those in the USA. Free Speech means Free Speech for all, even if one does not like it or agree. The CommieFascistControlFreaks want Free Speech for themselves, but only them. 

There are people who get bent out of shape over things tat are not really their business, don't have a life, have to be the nannies and have Anal Retentive Syndrome. A lot of people just have to lighten up...live and let live...and , Oh Yeah, there is that thing called the Constitution with Bill of Rights, which too many have no clue about. I have read the Federalist Papers, all of them!! many could not get through the first 5 w/o giving up....due to the language complexity and word usage and vocabulary. Even for me it was a wade through.

How did we get here?  BTW, I'm OK with a school district assigning a dress code.  Kids are at school to learn (though these days "propagandized" is more like it in the public schools).  Maybe kids should lose the political t-shirts.  BUT...it is none of the federal or state's business.  It is a local school board decision.  Make rules, make them clear and enforce them.  Reason, structure, follow through.  We can all respect that.  The young'ins will gain the tools they need for adulthood.

How can that be a Crime....the only thing I can think of is some school dress code..but that is very suggestive..if he had a commie type shirt he would have gotten a gold star..something is out of whack. Remember a couple years ago kids in high population Latino areas in CA & AZ when kids could not have anything displaying the US Flag because it would upset the Latinos who could wear the Mex Flag??

When is it a freaking crime to wear a Tee shirt with it saying something. I see the Commies wearing theirs, I may not like them, but I say nothing because it is their right to do so.

That's what I do....leave goodies at Dr Office Magazine Tables, etc.
