DEW. Directed Energy Weapons has been identified as a  source before. The commotion previously about Orange Man Bad with holding budget money for Cali for their mismanagement of forest funding also has to tie into this. Chem trails loaded with aluminum oxide will dry out the forests making them even more ripe for exploitation like this.

In Australia, there are birds who will pick up burning sticks and drop them into a new area that is not on fire, presumably to drive prey animals out.

Could be any number of things. I'd wager a lot of them are set by assholes who don't intend for them to get out of control, or that do.  Who knows what they've got up there over our heads, with the missing 22 Trillion dollars from the federal budget. Could be lasers, particle beam weapons, etc.
