The Center for American Progress (CAP) (funded extensively by the Soros Foundation) wants all children ages 3 and 4 to voluntarily attend a full-day public preschool program. A private public partnership with federal government called “ZERO TO THREE” wants to reach out to children from “cradle to three years of age”. In other words, the government wants control from cradle to grave. Just like in Orwell's 1984 and Huxley's Brave New World, parents have no authority over their children, who are brainwashed from a very young age by the forces of the government. This is where we're headed.
