Speaking as a Psychologist (well, graduate, no longer an advocate!) myself, I cant agree with the assumption that 'anyone who hates gays is a closet homosexual', in my opinion its more a case of fearing what you dont understand, but Im sure there are plenty of closet cases too (especially in prison!)

My concern here is the continued preaching of hatred towards those different from us, whilst masquerading as some sort of holier than thou 'warrior', same sh*t, different day.

Im not sure so called christians such as this guy realise they are contributing to the problem he mentions about intolerance towards Christians, which he is spot on about no doubt.

If he's still on the coke then he needs to stop pointing the finger (or 'casting the first stone'), and concentrate on searching for the 'kingdom of heaven that's within'. Yahshuas message was predominatantly about 'loving thy neighbour', because an eye for an eye just makes the world go blind. We've got bigger problems than gaybashing, thats their choice, not for anyone else to dictate.

I respect his passion, but when he's preaching on coke (ok, an assumption, but looks incriminating) he just achieves the opposite of what he's going for.

Much of psychology is quackery I would agree but interviews with gay bashers in prisons strongly support the theory as do interviews with gays who stayed closeted well into adulthood. It's the same basic story time after time. Then there is the fact that every time I personally throw it in the face of a homophobe that protests just a bit too much the fear and panic at the thought of being exposed is written large upon their face. Makes them break out in a cold sweat and stammer like a preacher who just walked out of a whore house and straight into a press conference. It would really be quite amusing if it weren't so sad to think of somebody living in such overwhelming fear of themselves and hating others who are braver.

You may have your opinion, nothing wrong with that.  I dont know what failures Chopps deals with, cant be any worse than what I have been guilty of in my life.  But I do know he has overcome much in his life and continues to fight.   He is sending a strong message to certain people, I think he said it well.

Psycologists kill and screw up more people than exorcisims or cocaine each year by puttng our youth on ritalin and our adults on prozac and every other kind of psychoactive drug the FDA can approve to murder sick people with. Just read about the side effects or watch the stupid commercials, the side effects "may cause suicide etc." go on for at least 1/2 the commercial. 

 

 I would not give a hoot in hell for 99.9% of exorcists or psychologists/psychiatrist who claim to know what they are talking about, They are pretty much equal in my book for quackery and charlatanism.

1. Outspoken homophobes are almost exclusively closeted homosexuals. True, I was exaggerating about the Guatemalan house boy but he'd obviously love to have a baker's dozen if he could. Read up on the psychology sometime, fascinating stuff. If he wants to be gay he should just be gay instead of blaming open homosexuals for his own self loathing. Actual heterosexuals just couldn't care less if he wants to be gay.

 

2. I've done enough coke in the past and been around enough coke heads to know one when I see one, at least when they are as high as this guy is.

 

3. Exorcisms kill or terrorize many unwilling participants every year. It's a form of torture few people ever recover from completely in my experience and I have known a few including one victim of multiple exorcisms. His endorsement of such barbaric attacks on other human beings is no better than endorsing rape and murder.

 

Think what you want to think but I see one seriously twisted and dangerous human being here.

What is your proof that the speaker has a Guatamalan house boy, and what is your proof that the speaker is a devotee of illicit mind/body altering drugs?

Thirdly you guys ever warriors or just flapping mouths?

I've met lots of flappers, but few warriors amigos.
