Thanks for the comments, I had a friend look up the executive order and dido Diana, it not what the video is making it out to be. Same here James Roberts.

Trump did not withhold millions from Ukraine so they would attack Joe Biden.

The EO is only a clarification concerning anti-semitism to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

The executive order (to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) does not define Jews as a nationality. It merely says that to the extent that Jews are discriminated against for ethnic, racial, or national characteristics, they are entitled to protection by the anti-discrimination law.  The IHRA’s guidelines state "criticism of Israel similar to that leveled against any other country cannot be regarded as anti-Semitic."

One cannot serve two masters. That was a weird comment about the Bidens and Trump. Blackstone usually is on the ball.
