I say let these useful fools continue to pull this shit - it results in more converts to our side every day.

What the PTB truly fear is real independent, alternative media and this is why we are now seeing the open reveal of their plan to seek total control of the internet.

The insanity of FCC rules is a term does not have to be on a list, it is "offensive" if somebody complains.  Therefore, it is very effective at controlling language.

No, 'tranny' is not an FCC violation...and there is no 'Carlin-esque' list of words.

"Profane content includes "grossly offensive" language that is considered a public nuisance."

The FCC have to examine any complaint on a case by case nature.

"Indecent and profane content are prohibited on broadcast TV and radio between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., when there is a reasonable risk that children may be in the audience."

If this broadcast occurred after 10pm then it's not applicable.

Given that this also comes under civil law  - campus police have no jurisdiction.
