This could happen to you when using your official bank card. When you use these corrupted ATM machines the machine records your bank account number and possibly pin number. Fact: Did you know that the money such the $2.00 atm fee is accessed from your bank account? That $2.00 goes to the person who maintains the machines and some of it goes to their secret programs? There is a plan that the fee will go up to $4.00. Stop funding corruption use official ATM machines!
