Truth is a rough game in this world, and it sucks to be on the side of truth. I remember when I was 27. The FBI was investigating me for blowing up a building in California, and killing several people in the process (spoiler - I didn't do it). They went to my employer, my landlord, my family. And the post office and grocery store in the podunk town I was living in. They must've spent scores of agent hours on this. What do I think that was about? Well, I had just started making progress in a nine-year search for info on tech that affects the mind (which I intended to develop for the common good). And all the times I've been evicted, fired, lost relationships and all of my belongings, my freedom, my sanity at times, etc. Truth is not for the faint of heart.
