I'm still trying to figure out Ghouliani here, I'm convinced he was complacent on the 9/11 bamboozle or he and his entourage would have been hermetically sealed and isolated on the 23rd floor of WTC7 barking commands and utilizing what the 23rd floor was designed to be...The Emergency Command Center for NY's elected officials in case of a NY City wide Emergency\Catastrophe
