Your boy Werner von Braun was brought over through Operation Paperclip. 1947 was monumental. Israel was given to the Jewish Diaspora and it just so happened The Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in the new state Israel. CIA was started after the OSS ended. NSA began. Flying Saucers in Washington State and the Roswell UFO crash. The following quote is supposedly where von Braun and Dr. Carol Rosin worked. Drones were worked on way back then.

This video is of Dr. Carol Rosin and what she says von Braun told her. This seems to be playing out as well.

Here is an interview by Catherine Austin Fitts who claims the Black Budget Is used for off world colonies. She has real world experience by her profession and time working for the US government.

Then we have Joseph Farrell and his research,, an Oxford University scholar talking about a break away society started by the Nazis down in Antartica and the German Nazi Bell UFO operational before the end of World War II.

Then we have Michael Tsarion saying UFO's were the demons you speak of trying to escape this prison planet.

I, for one, do NOT believe these are govt technology (any human govt). I'm leaning towards "parallel universe" and "spiritual / demonic" as explanations, rather than extraterrestrial. I like secureteam10's channel as to keeping up on this particular variety of weirdness, by the way.
