UK Cops Beat And Force Innocent Woman To Strip Nude

lrishRebeI | November 03, 2010 Stephanie Rutter, 25, can be seen being pinned down by four officers after she was stripped naked in a police cell. The hairdresser had been arrested after a row with her boyfriend. When she arrived at the police station there was a bust-up and her clothes were cut off. Stephanie was then said to have attacked a woman police sergeant, a woman PC and a male and female detention officer. But the charges were dropped after her lawyer produced the CCTV at Runcorn Magistrates' Court, Cheshire. Stephanie, from Runcorn, was shown being elbowed in the jaw and pinned to the floor. The mum of one was then handcuffed and put in leg restraints. Stephanie said: "It was four on one - and they won. They left me in the cell with blood dripping down my face and covered in bruises. I thought my jaw was broken." She said she was "overjoyed" at being cleared, adding: "Justice has been done." She is now taking action against the officers. A spokesman for Cheshire Police said: "To date no complaint relating to excessive force or inappropriate conduct has been received by the individual concerned or from any of her representatives. "Ms Rutter was charged with three counts of assaulting Police. Upon her release from custody, Ms Rutter was given opportunity to make representations about any concerns she may have had relating to her treatment and welfare whilst in Custody." He added that the full custody video was now the subject of an internal review and the matter is being referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission for assessment.

There are still some of us who want to serve and protect our communities and do the right thing! These Officers should be investigated, and be charged criminally, and never wear a badge again! I swore an oath to protect the US Constitution, and that's exactly what I'm going to do!

Hahahaha, I got arrested for a bad ticket, they let me sit on the bench and got me a happy meal also!!! And lots of cartons of milk. We do/will need them, and I think the majority will pick the right side.

Comment by bryan l on November 12, 2010 at 4:15am: i'm not trying to say anything about any one spoiled apple. i would just say that the area i'm in is kinda ghetto. and that the cops here do a pretty good job. i have been taken in on a warrant, and then given a happy meal in my holding cell. got a few tickets, and other no big deal kind of things....and really never felt like i was being treated unfair.
only one time in high school did i have a bad time with a cop. long story short, we bother learned a lesson.
over all i guess what i'm trying to say is that this is an everyday part of american life. we have no choice of that now. until people are fed up enough. funny how that's a phrase. to actually get of their fat ass and stop letting this monster make their meals for them every day.
i think it is in everyone's interest to try to be nice to the police. these are hard times. if your nice to them, they might be nice to you. at the same time, i'm sure there are city's with more corruption than others.

Other's are so quick to say dont let one bad apple spoil the whole barrel, but as a nurse I can say there's NO room for not even one bad nurse...your life may be in her hands.....cops are no different.

did to a young woman. With no defense what so ever. BUT TOTALLY TO THE EXTREME!!! A Tazer gun would have been more than enough to calm her down. BUT a strip and restrains and a bad beating is TOTALLY SENSELESS!!!
Lying on a freezing cold concrete floor for God know's how long. What did
they do with her after that? They couldn't have just left her there??? I guess
we'll never know????
