The standing one threw groundless accusation at the sitting one that he is a puppet of Putin and should be jailed for that. The sitting one threw several punches as an answer.
Then the still standing one continued his speach with sentence that the sitting one is a remnant* of previous governement and... he got another punch as an answer.
*"remnant" is a rough translation of ukrainian word "недобиток" which has harsher meaning than a "remnant" in english. It means someone who has remained from previous times and should be removed or killed by now.
