so... your all for fiat currency? Hey, that's cool. I know a lot of people who think having a currency form backed by nothing but labor and a fed chairman and treasury secretary's word. But I do agree partly, gold or any 'precious metal/stone' would not be a viable way of doing things, especially in the 21st century and in this form of society we've created over the years. But, having something besides a piece of paper with nothing supporting it's value and net-worth except what a person at the federal reserve and the treasury declares. Also having a currency backed by something besides the word of the fed and treasury is it would reduce, if not eliminate the ability for them to charge us interest and tax us on the creation and the moving of our monetary system.

Jct: Say we're a large spaceship colony travelling through space. Can you think of anything more stupid than basing our currency on yellow rock when we have none. Does that mean that without any yellow rock, we can't operate currency like on Earth? Of course not. We'll use the Time Standard of Money. Millennium Declaration C6 for an interest-free UNILETS time-based currency can save the day.
