WAR ON HEALTH: The FDA's Cult of Tyranny

'War on Health' is the first documentary detailing and challenging the FDA agenda and its allegiance with the international Codex Alimentarius, which hopes to establish a monolithic food and health regime. Betraying its founding mandate to assure drug, food and chemical safety in the interests of public health, the FDA today is a repressive bureaucracy serving pharmaceutical and agricultural greed and profits. Vaccines, medical devices, prescription drugs are fast tracked at alarming rates through the FDA at the expense of scientific oversight to assure their efficacy and safety. The
result is hundreds of thousands premature deaths annually from pharmaceutical drugs, vaccines and medical devices and an epidemic of medical incompetence and fraud sanctioned by federal health officials.

First a commercial, then; multi-billion dollar fall out
Big Pharma comes up with a drug, gets approval for it, for limited purposes, and then does "back channel" marketing, where they claim to doctors; it's good for all sorts of other things...me too drugs.
The doctors get paid off for prescribing as much as possible until the harm becomes too obvious even for the FDA to ignore.
Then they pay a fine relatively small to their profits and move on.
However, this time it appears the Big Pharma player committed Medicare fraud too.

J&J Unit Rejected by U.S. High Court on Procrit Kickback Suit
The U.S. Supreme Court rejected an appeal by a Johnson & Johnson unit, refusing to stop a lawsuit by a former sales representative who says the company gave doctors kickbacks for prescribing its Procrit anemia drug.
