This is something that began in 1957 and even before they had ideas about this. Biologist Julian Huxley, brother of author Aldous Huxley started writing about this. Go to the site there is a lot of info on it. They even had an artist conception of "para human animal hybrids. It's even scarier now that we are seeing them washing up of the shores of our beaches. A penny for your thoughts?

They look like some kind of biological experiments that either escaped or were discarded . Is you knew which way the ocean currents travelled you may be able to pin point the area they came from and pay them a visit. "Oh, excuse me,Dr. Smith,  but is this your monster that washed up on our beach?"
