my vote is diabolical experiments .. i am just wondering why they all seem to be washing up on shore lines? what are these freeks doing tossing the dead ones in the ocean?  God only knows what else they are doing .. its enough to make you go 100% vegetarian if you can find organic food. The only way we can be sure we are eating natural food is growing it ourselves which i understand "they" are working on making illegal!  These corporations and there stranglehold on governments all over the world have to be STOPPED!
