It's not a simple yes/no answer.
Come TSHTF, the US military as a whole will be divided politically / racially / other allegiances.
Those with allegiance to ZOG/ NWO
Those with allegiance to the Republic of the United States
Those with allegiance to criminal organizations (i.e drug cartels)
Various independent factions based on radical political / racial ideologies.
Smaller groups with their own agendas / priorities - ranging from personnel who want to get home to their families to factions that will try to set themselves up as warlords and carve up territory for themselves.

Every one of these groups are going to be shifting arms, ammo, equipment and supplies out the back door.
