I'm in full agreement Nick. While watching it I was thinking of ways to stop the 'Taping' of it long enough to knock him out and just leave so to stay out of jail.

I couldn't finish watching the video. I got about 2 minutes in and had to stop because I was so angry. If I were there when that happened, I don't think I could have stood by and watched. I would have found myself in deep shit for knocking out a cop (or whatever it is this sub-human claims to be).

If they fire this guy without busting him for the felonies he committed he'll just get another cop job somewhere else ... transferring the problem but not fixing it.

Well, they fired him. But if he was in the wrong (and the Attorney General says he never did have the right to arrest ANYONE), then he still needs to face criminal charges ... and banging someone around in a bar certainly qualifies as criminal behavior. 

He needs to go to jail where he can join the 'bitch of the month' club. 

Whatever possesses cops to cover this shit up is beside me. THIS is the crap that gets your asses shot at traffic stops ... that causes civilians to clam up and protect the people who come after you for revenge. 

Got a problem with civilians? Nope ... your problem is in the effing mirror.

Being in possession of a loaded firearm while drinking is an automatic red flag on the field. He has forfeited his right to carry a firearm.

See LEOSA 926B, subsection c5

"is not under the influence of alcohol or another intoxicating or hallucinatory drug or substance"

The mere consumption of alcohol while armed results in the presumption of being under its influence.

Even if we turn a blind eye to everything else, he has broken the law and is no longer permitted to carry under the LEOSA.

Period. That's the law. He cannot carry a firearm and plead ignorance of that law. Enforce it on him like you would on me, a civilian.

It's become a very violent America but Cops need to walk this Line or more onto some other form of Employment. There's so many things wrong with this Police System. If you carry a gun and have such authority you need yearly psychological screening. They do 'drug tests' so why not this type? I'm very glad that another Cop arrested this bozo.
