Remember growing up that they told us all of these rules of thumb when it came to your health?

  • Americans consume ten times more salt than they need causing high blood pressure
  • Eating red meat is bad for you, it does not digest well, and many people carry around 10 to 15 pounds of undigested meat in their intestines. Remember Ronald Reagan had to have 18 inches of his colon removed!
  • That bacon and cured pork meat carried nitrates that become carcinogenic nitrites under cooking temperatures.
  • That dairy products cause constipation and allergies.
  • That eggs and shell fish are a source of deadly cholesterol.
  • That drinking cold water speeds up the metabolism and helps burn fat!
  • That seed oils like corn, rapeseed, soybean, canola, safflower, etc. all high heat and pressure extracted supposedly low cholesterol and high in pol- unsaturated were good for you and butter and lard was bad, while olive oil lost it’s benefits when used under high heat for cooking?
  • How chicken was a great low fat high protein alternative?
  • That there was no correlation between overweight and sleeplessness and COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)
  • How simply aging causes heart, liver, and kidney disease being just a matter of genetic disposition?

Well guess what boys and girls, all that was BS and somehow the very things we were warned about as unsafe for our health have now taken 180 degrees turn in the opposite direction! What are we to believe now?

Here’s the latest version of health by the new research and alternative health advice, and oh by the way the so-called “Pyramid of Nutrition” is completely wrong. It actually promotes diabetes!

The new paradigm of healthy diet now tells us that the above stated findings have been proven wrong! Let’s explore a point-by-point explanation of the les we’ve been told!

  1. It is now believed that we Americans are suffering from an electrolyte shortage in our systems stemming from too little salt, but not the kilned salt that’s been baked to 1400 degrees to make it more resistant to moisture and clogging. We should use sea salt or Himalayan Pink salt full of minerals that our bodies need!
  2. That bacon and cured pork are unhealthy? Yet, we see nothing but recipes on the Food Channel showing on how incredible bacon burgers, and bacon seasoned recipes are, and that turkey bacon is just processed meat that is a bad alternative? This is true. Oversalted and impregnated with curing chemicals.
  3. Dairy products are found to be high in protein”, great sources of calcium, and good for gut health in opposition to the “Agenda 21 protocols that want to wipe out the dairy industry! As cow and sheep farts (Methane) are considered bad for air quality?
  4. Eggs and shellfish have found to be 20% lower in high cholesterol than originally thought while being great for brain health, being high in butyral which is good for digestion as well.
  5. Drinking cold water though refreshing to the senses but is actually a shock to the organs, slows digestion, and is a counterproductive aspect to meal metabolizing! Even too much of a good thing can kill you!
  6. Heat extracted seed oils are thought to be no better than mechanical lubricating oil for cooking with. We were told it was healthy, the alternative is cage free or range fed chicken, or turkey, organic if possible.
  8. If you are overweight and obese you will in actuality experience sleep apnea which an oxygen deprived brain can lead to stroke! Over eating causes the body to work overtime during the rest and recovery period of sleep that blocks the body’s much needed self-healing apparatus! An old saying, “Eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper.” Another way. Eat twice a day allowing for a 14 to 16 hour fasting period before allowing 2 meals within the remaining window of the day. This approach is supposed to burn visceral fat!  Example-Breakfast at 10 AM and dinner by 5 to 6 PM, no snacks after that, before or during.
  9. Heart, liver, and kidney disease is a result of the faulty diet! Sugar, hydrogenated seed oils, modified food starch (maltodextrin) a filler is found in many foods and is completely inflammatory! You need to have raw vegetable and fruit fiber. Lean unprocessed meats, olive oil, organic coconut oil, real natural, butter, lard, avocados, fatty fish full of Omega 3 oils such as sardine, mackerel, Pacific caught wild salmon, natural dark chocolate, not confectioners milk chocolate, this actually helps the body form stem cells! There are also plant source protein and very anti-oxidant containing foods rich in life extending attributes such as Spirulina, Kelp, Sea Weed, flax seed, and Hemp seeds which contain amazing amounts of nutrients.
  10. You don’t have to go to the damn doctor for prescription drugs that cause side effects and more drugs to counter act what the conditions are caused by the Big Pharma witches brews! Modern medicine has found new cures for cancer, a disease that was once a one-way ticket to a gradual, painful, incurable, death!  They have found that injecting nicotine into cancerous tumors causes shrinkage and death of the malfunctioning cells. Your life doesn’t have to end in incurable diabetes, heart disease, kidney failure, or liver damage. All of these conditions are inflammatory, not an eventuality! Diet and life style are the keys!
